1. Ne les utilisez que si le chapeau est un peu lâche.
2. Vous devez mettre les bandes à l'intérieur du chapeau, juste sous la bande de protection contre la transpiration.
3. Colocalisez les bandes l'une devant l'autre.
4. Il est important de les mettre lorsque vous disposez d'un espace supplémentaire:
- Si le chapeau court un peu plus longtemps, vous devez mettre les bandes à l'avant et à l'arrière du chapeau.
- Si le chapeau est un peu plus large, vous devez mettre les bandes sur les côtés gauche et droit du chapeau.
