The items I bought are beautiful. I was concerned about my order and sent off an email to check on the status. I received quickly a very polite and professional response which set me at ease. I went out on a limb and bought a poncho for my 16-year-old son for Christmas as a surprise. He loves it and wears it a lot. He likes the way it looks and also how warm it is. It was his favorite Christmas present.
