Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility:

   • The giveaway is open to participants who meet the following criteria: following @gamboafashion on Instagram, liking the post, tagging two friends who also need to follow us, and sharing the post in their Instagram Stories (for extra chances).
   • Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of Gamboa Fashion are not eligible to participate.
     
     

2. Entry Rules:

   • Participants must follow all the entry requirements mentioned in the giveaway post, which may include following @gamboafashion on Instagram, liking the post, tagging two friends who also need to follow us, and sharing the post in their Instagram Stories (for extra chances).
   • Only one entry per person is allowed. Duplicate or multiple entries will be disqualified.
     
     

3. Giveaway Period:

   • The giveaway starts on June 30th and ends on July 14. All entries must be submitted within this period.
     
     

4. Winner Selection:

   • The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries using the App "InstaSorteos/InstaGiveaways". 
   • The winner will be notified through a direct message on Instagram within 48 hours of the giveaway ending. If the winner does not respond within the specified time, a new winner may be chosen.
     
     

5. Prize:

   • The prize is one of our best sellers: a Montecristi Panama Hat.
   • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.
     
     

6. Publicity:

   • By participating in the giveaway, participants agree to allow Gamboa Fashion to announce their Instagram username or handle as the winner on our social media platforms.
     
     

7. Shipping:

   • Free Shipping.
   • Note that any applicable taxes or customs duties specific to your country are the responsibility of the user/customer.
     
     

8. Rights:

   • Gamboa Fashion reserves the right to modify, cancel, or suspend the giveaway at any time without prior notice.
   • Gamboa Fashion reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be violating the entry rules or engaging in fraudulent activities.
     
     

9. Privacy:

   • Any personal information collected during the giveaway will be used solely for the purpose of conducting the giveaway and will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy.
     
     

10. Agreement to Terms:

    • By participating in the giveaway, participants fully agree to and accept these terms and conditions.
